Before the orange metal road turns back into dirt, trick onto the wall and ride it until you can trick off to an alternate higher path with a couple of boost pads. Not significantly faster, but a good way to dodge the chaos of the lower route in races.

Through the ramp section, simply tricking at the top of each ramp and steering (no drifting) is extremely fast and much safer than forcing mini turbos on bad lines.

Entering the first turn from a previous lap, drift right early, mini-turbo trick off the road and trick onto the pole, steering midair to land back on the main road - slightly faster than drifting around, but with the risk of driving off the track.
