Same sign-bounce rail cut as the start but without the starter boost: trick off the green railing, charge jump and release right before bonking the tire sign. Much harder and very punishing to fail, so only recommended with clear space in first.

Shroom + Feather

Take the yellow railing, right trick off it, charge a jump, shroom over the light dirt and left charge jump onto the rock/platform - the most effective single-mushroom spot on the track. With a feather you can just feather over the boxes instead.
